Nixa configures AI providers according to the applicable business, API, enterprise, or service-provider terms for the feature you use. For providers such as OpenAI, business/API data is generally not used for model training by default unless opted in, but handling, retention, and review can vary by provider, configuration, and data processing terms. We also support bring-your-own-key (BYOK) configurations where available.
